Moulded Panel
Doors made of mold are a great option for interior doors whether you're renovating or building an entirely new house, apartment in the city, or hotel. They're stylish and affordable. The interior doors are made of a single piece of pressed high-density moulded faces that are joined to a timber frame. They come pre-primed with white primer and ready for quick on-site finishing. Solid Panel
The solid panel door appears and feels like one piece of wood, but it's actually composed of stiles, mullions, and rails that hold floating panels. These doors are more stable than hollow core doors, and they are resistant to cracking and warping in humid climates.
Utilizing a multi-layered system the lamellae of softwood are optically graded mechanically, and connected to one another by adhesive. This ensures that swelling and shrinkage in response to climatic changes is very minimal. This three- or five-layer bonding, combined with thick covering layers lets raw material preserve its natural properties and increases its durability and stability.
